What Is The Appraisal Process?
Each Appraisal is unique and is kept strictly confidential. In making the appraisal, a Comparable Market Analysis is used. This market data approach has it's premise, the comparison of your subject Equine with other equines that have sold in the recent past. From these values of recent equine sales, a dollar figure is calculated representing the Fair Market Value of the subect equine. Of course, this value is time sensitive due to economics and trends in the horse industry.
What Do You Get?
You will receive a full Summary Appraisal Report which includes extensive research on your horse's background, registration papers, riding discipline, show records along with photographs of the subject equine. You will receive two (2) professionally color-printed and spiral bound reports, suitable and admissable in a court of law.
What Are The Fees?
The scope of your Appraisal is determined by time and nature of the appraisal. Please allow an estimated Ten Hours which is typically the minimum to complete the appraisal and report process. Normal turn-around time for a full Summary Appraisal is about Two Weeks.
